When Buyers are ready to begin the next phase, there are two professionals every Buyer needs to identify with, and that’s a Realtor® and a Mortgage originator. Ron works earnestly constructing a weekly mortgage update and posting it on RonSellsAlabama.Com under ‘Mortgages’ and sends it out to over 400 persons like yourself. This weekly update helps people to know what the market is doing and and what they need to do to be PreQualify and PreApproved.
Ron recommends being processed through a local mortgage originator rather than being qualified by long distance or over the internet. Having a loan processing person locally to ask and respond to you in person has its benefits. Generally, computer generated loan qualifying is mechanical and if there are questions, its best having a person to talk with and discuss the process, and the use of certain forms.
